tap Camera app;
choice PORTRAIT mode;
tap the front-facing camera button;
change lighting from NATURAL LIGHT to STUDIO LIGHT or CONTOUR LIGHT. See what you prefer more;
swipe up at any place on a screen and you will see the additional editing settings;
tap on circle with “+”&”-” symbol - Exposure. Scroll slider to the left to get EXPOSURE from + 0.7 till + 1.3.
