Which lens should you buy first?

If you're new to photography, the kit lens is a great starter. It's affordable, versatile and has a moderate zoom range. This means that you can take pictures from far away or close up with good results.

The 18-55mm lens is a standard lens that is often bundled. It can be used for everything: starting from general photography to portraits, landscapes, and close-ups.
